I doubt Uninstructed will see the biggest numbers, but Wisconsin is often conservative along the apathetic lines.

Last I heard it was at 8 or 9 percent. Not quite as good as Michigan but still a fantastic result. Another swing state looming over him. Even before tonight I have heard confident claims that they are panicking over uncommitted/etc. It's the only thing affecting this outcome, however slowly
