Does anyone know why employers are so picky? Are they just that spoiled for choice in terms of candidates? Are they just fucking with us?

Does anyone know if I can pay someone to let them work for them? I'll do fucking anything at this point.

It's because companies want to put out an illusion of hiring people so it looks less like nepotism when the boss's nephew gets hired to the position
