Not your fault if your internal clock wants to be awake at a different range, yet you are forced to use another.
This may be the case for some people, but way more people just have shitty sleep hygiene habits
That's what I was thinking, like my sleep is shit but I know it's my fault because I hop into bed and proceed to cycle between youtube shorts, Lemmy and d&d sourcebooks on my bright-ass phone for hours. Bonus points for a blue light filter cranked all the way up so I feel better about giving my future self dementia due to sleep deprevation
You might call that socially constructed DSPD.
