Soft drink. They are just sugar water and color chemistry that give color and flavor.
fruit juice too, even with no sugar added all it is is sugar water. a shitload of sugar
Yep, without the fiber juice its not great for you. Drink water, eat fruit.
Throw fruit in water, blend, agua fresca baby!
Blending breaks up the fibers. It's probably delicious but not as healthy as munching down on fruit.
Surely chewing blends them more or less as much? Has any study shown that fiber from blended foods acts differently in the gut biome or with blood sugar, etc?
I doubt teeth are as effective as a blender but it's a good question.
sugarfree soda represent, aspartame has been repeatedly proven to be safe.
This just further reinforces that aspartame is safe, they're not even reliably able to show that it causes cancer in any amount, just that it might do so.
They specifically say that it's perfectly fine to drink up to like 14 cans of aspartame soda per day for a 70kg person.
you do you bud, but the WHO specifically says that it's perfectly fine to consume it in normal amounts.
As for it being disgusting, that's a you problem, i think aspartame tastes great.
I presume you also don't drive since that's one of the most dangerous things you can do in modern life?
