A dog that is properly cared for and who lives in a suitable environment does not bite people all the time. Genocide Joe got himself a dog as a propaganda prop without ever intending to be a responsible owner. Now we are seeing the signs of animal abuse. He is an evil asshole through a d through.

Yea it's wild that people gave trump shit for not having a dog so Biden got some to be better than Trump, evidently never having owned a dog before, and then apparently abused the shit out of it based on its behavior.

Nah this is definitely a dog with behavioral issues. My guess is nobody actually socialized the dog and it was largely neglected except for getting fed.
