Olive oil is better for you then the cheep 'vegetable' oils that is in everything in the US.

But to get actual olive oil you have to go with domestic providers because imports are often cut with other oils and masked with olive flavoring. Similar to how a lot of powdered parmesan is fucking sawdust.

Actual olive oil is expensive.

The sawdust (cellulose) in powdered parmesan acts as an anti clumping agent.
