Much in the same way you could never take any nobel peace prize seriously after Kissinger got one I'd argue Biden showing off the 8-Ton-E-Hummer "Obliterate your enemy edition" is the point where anything that is being said by the state as per traffic safety is to be immediatly discared on a, and excuse the redditism here, basis of "Your boos mean nothing, I've seen what makes you cheer"
