The fruit isn't as annoying as the former prez, despite his title of "annoying."
I think at this point that's just part of his brand. He KNOWS he looks stupid, he isn't that stupid.
I don't know, I think I'd put money on him being blissfully unaware of how it looks. He surrounds himself with sycophants who protect him from that sort of negative energy.
As was shown when he gave that speech at the UN saying something like he was the greatest US president and everyone laughed. He was genuinely surprised
He said he was a very stable genius, must be true
