my printing looked like that in grade 6. granted, that was back when assignments were written on paper, not typed into a computer. i didn't put that much space between words, though.

Where is this petanque group? And how do I pay my dues to join?

I mean... not really. I'm basically a hermit who loves the game. But this is the first time in like 30 years online that I have seen someone even mention petanque "in the wild".

Ah I never played seriously. I just remember the old folks where I grew up would, so I associate it with pensioners. I enjoyed playing a bit -- very poorly I might add.

This is my experience as well. Grandpa would say "I play religiously - That means every Sunday, and a bit drunk on wine"

Thanks for the trip down memory lane.
