We have a c/Sino for China posting. We need a c/Soviet for Soviet Union posting. Art, decor, infrastructure, technology, space race, maps, great patriotic war history, literature... There's a lot to be said. Please make it happen.

It would be great to keep lots of detailed posts about it in one place, like an analysis of the structure of its government and how people would participate in it
