How to better my wifi connection?

We have spectrum (I live in a house with three others)

We pay about $80 a month. I just built a pc and did a connection test, (connected to 5G wifi) which is attached to this post.

I did a test run on Fortnite. Ping was averaging in the 20s, slight lag from time to time.

To improve my WiFi on the PC and achieve good ping, should I:

get a new router and motem (the motem especially looks old)
disconnect any non-TVs from the 5G internet
change wifi completely (I don’t want to have to do this)

Try connecting your computer directly with a cable 9t at least test your Internet speed right next to the router. Whatever the result is the best you're going to get from your ISP.
