Wasn't there some viral image going around a month or so ago where China had the same thing but for wanted criminals and everyone was screaming about how this is literally 1984

yeonmi-park In the United States, they rank their criminals by how much the authorities would like to capture them. If you score highly, they put pictures of your face all over the grocery stores to make it impossible for you to hide if you want food.
