how'd they take that overhead shot though
They walk through with a camera and a computer stitches it into a 3D model
they used a scroll of Gaseous Form and stitched together overhead shots of each 'room' in Photoshop
It's a 3D model.

On the newer Apple devices with Lidar, there's apps that can do this. You can make a 3D scan of things and rooms.
