/me laughs in POTS

I'm at 3 liters a day of mostly electrolyte water, 30oz (0.88 liter) at a time.

I mean, why the electrolytes though? That much sodium is gonna kinda kill you

Iirc, the studies that showed that lower sodium diets reduced risk of heart problems were performed on people that already had heart problems, not in the general population. And my cardiologist is happy. Every time I see him he looks at my 30oz water bottle and checks with me that it's not plain water. Too much plain water without salt is bad for you.

I do watch and make sure my electrolyte powder doesn't have B6 or anything else I could accumulate too much of.

Isn't that a kidney stone risk? Someone once told me some health water thingy lead to kidney stones if drunk in too much quantity.

Better than your heart exploding. And I imagine the quantity is dialed in by their doctor to limit risk while still helping to treat the POTS.
