Apparently they had to magdump their Patriot intercepter missiles, but why? And what about the offensive missiles? What happened?

Beacuse it's industrial capacity is effectively negligible after decades of neo-liberal economic policy, to put it blunty, America is a paper tiger that will get it's shit rocked in if it's gets Into an attritional war.
