2 people and from the article it was locating in a shipping terminal that handles grain. Not grain silos themselves. So it's more a disruption to the logistics

It's a war, and putting military assets next to civilian and commercial resources is unethical to use them as a shield to prevent attacks.

Right, grain terminals are much larger than silos tyty for pointing that out.

And it doesn't look so much like hitting military assets because they're a shield as going for both to try and get them to negotiate.
