maybe the other side wants is more closure - happily ever after - i-can-fix-her vibe.
i think it's just more relatable to me that some things are irredeemable after a point of no return.
I think if she got redeemed, she'd need to give up her titles and privileges; completely reject her old ideology which was based in hereditary absolutism. That would never happen cuz it's made by libs.
