Okej so this might be hard to wrap your heads around but here goes:

What you're seeing is just one version of Parenti, or rather one isolated frequency of the original tape. You see, we live in a stream of parallel timelines and the tape that we can see in ours is the "Yellow Parenti". But this is just one of the many frequencies ranging all over the visible spectrum. Blue, red, green, orange what have you. Some theorize there is an Infra-Parenti and even an Ultra-Parenti.

Now, combination of these frequencies paired with the right amplitude produce a wide range of bizarre results. Everything from Parenti talking about carrots, one talking about bimbofication, so mostly good. It also give rise to some truly horrific things. One synthesized Parenti was a friend of Bernie Sanders. Another phased into existence as a corrupted Zionist version code named "Event Horizon-Parenti". He appears sort of inverted, black and white with red eyes. There are to many to list here.

So, truly horrific.

So, what's the original version of the tape, you ask. Well the attempts to find the right frequency have been fruitless. The "clean" frequency version in the prime colors seem to be the best representation we have so far but in the end we need to find the "Time-Prism" that split the original version to begin with.

All we have regarding it's location are clues found in the old Soviet Archives that hint at attempts in Chile to build some sort of "cyber machine". Presumably in an attempt to make a cross-dimensional storage on magnet tapes to put all the pieces together to reveal the location of this "Prims". Unfortunately, alot was lost during the counter-revolution in Chile and any remaining information or data regarding the "cyber" project or the information stored on the magnet-tapes are either lost, but most likely kept hidden.
