He's a Nintendo fan... At a Nintendo game? How does that work? He sees Mario at the streets and goes "Holy crap, it's Mario!"?
Hmmm, makes sense. Last night I was thinking about WarioWare lore and thought "Maybe the Mario games are made to homage Mario's brave acts?"
Some games are explicitly plays or shows (SMB3). But I like the idea of the games being homages to his acts, or even retellings of sorts!
Heh, I guess in universe, tie-in games are actually good!
