marxism explicitly rejects so called "natural rights" and accepts that all rights are those which the lower clases have struggled to fight for and win
in some ways marxism is very idealistic because it says that the real source of ideals is not from a supernatural being but from the good nature of common people who are willing to put it on the line and fight for it but thats a matter of interpretation
rights don’t exist in material world, if i put you on the desert island you will have exactly zero rights, so where does the naturalism comes from? moreover, if i put 50 babies of lawyers on the desert island, and they grow up, the rights still wouldn’t exist. so neither your own conception or brain shape pre-figures those “natural rights”. therefore those rights are social rights, and historically contingent ones, not natural ones.
Exactly. "Rights" are just a name for encouraged behaviours in social interactions. There's no more divinity in 'rights' than in chugging a beer, it's just a subset of behaviour.
