As an ex porn addict, if you have "ED" from porn specifically, its a mental thing. I had an issue where my wife and i couldnt get anything done (because i was masturbating just fine 4x a day)
Simply dont do that or stick to >once a day and youll be aight. Maybe do some exercise and eat well, jerk off without porn, etc
I agree. From my experience with maturation, the less you master bate, the better an erection is. And the less porn you use.
