Germany does have a special responsibility towards Jews. So Germany should open its borders to all Jews who want to leave behind them the Zionist apartheid regime in the land of Palestine and offer them terms better than the Aliya. Make Germany a safe haven for Jews everywhere. You wouldn't want anyone to think you only support Israel to get rid of European Jews, now, do you?
If you're a descendant of German Jews or your relatives where somewhat involved in the holocaust, you pretty much get the citizenship automatically. There's a lot of anti-zionist Israelis in Berlin
In this hypothetical, if I were Jewish, and Germany had an open invitation for importing millions of Jews, I would be a bit hesitant
