Cool. What about in public places in 1 party consent states? I am thinking specifically about recording the actions of law enforcement.
Edit - Is it, as it so often tends to be, rules for thee -not for me.
This story is about a private event in a Scottish conference center.
Yupp, but when we discuss pervert glasses it often boils down to people being recorded without their knowledge and consent in public. Any private venue can prohibit certain behaviors at their own discretion. What I wanted to explore was if it is the act of surreptitiously recording people that upsets us or if it was something else like what they were recording people doing, or what kind of people they were recording.
Personally, finding out you're secretly recording me with glasses or with a hidden camera would make me equally punchy.
