The working class is everyone who has to labor for their income instead of living off the income they generate through their ownership of capital.
A womb is a kind of capital. It is, in the most literal sense, the means of production.
Not all means of production are capital. If all means of production were capital, then capitalists wouldn't have to bother with workers. Making wombs and labor capital has been tried before, it's called chattle slavery, and as it turns out that's actually a less sustainable mode of production.
