Made anonymous because this is just a post from the sharepoint at my work.
Officeworkers find it too hard to write bullshit reports and drag and drop presentations using default templates. AI was meant to make it easier for them to create the slop no one reads or refers to after the initial meeting.
But now using AI is TOO HARD because people don't read what it says and can forget to hit the Enter key.
Sharing here because when I saw this it pissed me off so much. I can't believe there are people out there like this.

Remember the time you thought you had constructed the perfect prompt. Given Claude all that you think it needed to produce that killer slide deck. And you hit submit, thinking you’d come back to find the finished deck, ready to roll.
Then you came back to the computer just to find it asking “Here’s the plan, are you happy with it before I go ahead?”
If only you had that power in your pocket, you could have typed “yes, go ahead” while you were in that meeting that could have been a Teams chat.
My coworker used AI to write a letter to his landlord to try and avoid eviction. Another coworker of mine helped proof read it at least. This man has children and has rotted his brain with AI so much he's relying on it to hopefully prevent an eviction. One of these days he's going to be forced to pay for it because he's offloaded all his cognitive ability to a machine.
Honestly not a L for LLMs in that case, some people are genuinely incapable of speaking in a way that's appealing to petite bourgeois administrative enforcement, and chatbots at least gives them a shot at it. Obv not a W either because if we didn't live in a bourgeois society that wouldn't be a problem in the first place
The problem is I know he does this every time he's forced to write something.
