Dunk on silly settler-colonials lugging all that junk across Turtle Island and risking their lives instead of learning how people have lived there for tens of thousands of years without constantly drowning and dying of dysentery.
Note: apparently there's some good ol' ad/malware you can 'install' when installing it... I run linux and play it through Steam so I've never encountered it, but just so youses noses.
Native Americans were definitely shitting themselves to death just like the rest of the world. Amebic and bacterial dysentery exists now and existed prior to European settlement.
