We're circling the drain with a neoliberal/reactionary crisis cycle in perpetual imperial war while wealth keeps consolidating upward and working people get crushed. The billionaire donor base they solicit money from is the same, their economic and foreign policies are quite similar. Even when Democrats have achieved majorities at the state level they serve their masters, not the economic interests of the people.
