The production of The Odyssey (2026) involved both filming in Moroccan-occupied Western Sahara and dumping loads of plastic props into marine protected areas of the Tyrrhenian Sea in obvious violation of the filming permit. So, displacement of Indigenous peoples? Violating agreements with foreign governments? Destroying the environment?
