So far we've gotten: LA, New York, Miami, and kinda Las Vegas and San Francisco.

But I struggle to think of any others.

Chicago is a cool city, don't get me wrong, but aesthetically it's kinda boring for a video game setting. I think Boston is too old to set a game where driving in a major mechanic, who wants to drive through those streets? Not Bostonians based on the ones I've met. And DC, nah fuck that!

Only ones I could maybe think of are New Orleans and Philadelphia. Honestly GTA Pittsburgh would be a risky but potentially interesting choice.

Idk, anyone want to play GTA Cincinnati?

Either Grand Forks, Fargo, Minot, or Bemidji. In the winter. GTA but it's a cold weather survival game where you literally freeze to death if you're not in a car, and half the time the cars are freezing to death too.

Edit: there could be a story mission where you're trying to rob a bank in the middle of a blizzard or something, I dunno. And in the early game, half of the city is blocked off because it's under 7 feet of snow, sort of like how they handled the flooding/hurricane closures in Vice City.

The endgame car is one of the European micro EVs that almost made it over to the US but then Trump's tariffs killed them.

VW E-up!, Mini Cooper electric, Fiat 500e

You can take it into tons of places large cars can't fit, and it'll start at any temperature.

Ski-Doo snowmobile, and you can steal snowplows to earn quick cash by plowing residential streets

Kind of sounds like the Fargo TV series.

Maybe a GTA couldn't pull it off, but honestly.a game where you play as a small town gangster striving to be king of your rural area sounds like a fun idea. Maybe you get too big for your britches and piss off some serious criminals from the big city (Minneapolis).

Something between Bully and GTA... There is a lot of comedy potential there I think!

I do think Rockstar would benefit from more often doing scaled-down projects like Bully.

Idk if this is a reference to the opening mission of GTA 5 but it does open with a heist in “North Yankton” (loosely based off North Dakota from a cursory search) and you have to deal with the snowy icy conditions iirc. I don’t think it actively snowed during the mission though.
