The ENTIRE countries of Mexico, Colombia and Brazil? Shit Rockstar is gonna be busy.
They did San Andreas so something like that but more ambitious and GTA 7 worthy.
Cdmx + northern MX + southern MX (oaxaca?)
Colombia obviously Bogota + Medellin + Cali
Brazil could maybe be just Rio.
