You can turn this off by changing the channel visibility for shared links in the Privacy settings:

Never share YouTube links with their source identifier.

I see that in the screenshot, but I don't see how to actually expose that once you have the URL. For instance, I can grab a YT link from just about any Discord server I'm in right now, and almost all of them have trackers at the end. But when I click them, I don't see anything that reveals the sharer's details, it just looks like a normal YT page. I'm not sure where you actually get to the screen in that screenshot.

[Opinion] prefixOpinion (op-ed) articles must use [Opinion] prefix before the title. Opinion articles refer to articles that their publisher doesn't explictly endorse.
Country prefixCountry prefix can be added to the title with a separator (|, :, etc.) if the news is from a local publisher who doesn't clearly mention the country.
