the CIA gave the ability to import heroin to Perdue Pharma on purpose to cull the population that decided were not needed once manufacturing left the US after the 1960s (the neoliberal era). That is why it was given out so much through the VA like candy. And they probably did the same with Perdue when they were making valium in the 1950s. Perdue is probably just a CIA front.
I think the conspiracy is a lot more straightforward than that
Hundreds of thousands or millions of doctors conspired with Perdue and the FDA to push Oxy knowing full well that it was addictive and dangerous because it was extremely profitable. They murdered over a million people and harmed vastly more than that. The idea that trained medical doctors were convinced that Perdue had invented magical not-addictive heroin is just too stupid to believe. Like it's something you'd only say to someone you had no respect for at all, it's just too laughably implausible.
