I forgot that it's my mega week so no big info dump this time. Instead I bring a question: how do you practice gender self-care? Do you have any activities or rituals that make you feel more comfortable in your gender? Painting my nails and taking care of my hair are the most consistent ones. These shouldn't even be considered gendered activities by society, but I missed out on having long hair and painted nails when I was younger because of my assigned gender, so doing them now feels validating and gives me confidence.

What excuse can I give to myself when I already know the unambiguous truth ...

some anecdotes from peoples own transition that say they started prog "too soon" and that stopped development and data that suggested its better to wait. The standard is start 1 or 2 years after E if you want a different excuse.

There's too much conflicting statements out there so the ideal case is to choose the null hypothesis.

I don't know what the null hypothesis is so I'm going to go with wanting to start prog to improve my emotional experience. But the parent issue lies like a guillotine above my head. All I need is one more year ahhhh. Then it'd all be fine!

At some point it does become comical to grow boobs on purpose yet keep them secret.
