Hmm, lead-based paint that covers the wall in the first layer! And some mercury to protect the wood furniture from mold and rot...

Don't forget the black mastic with asbestos fibers to keep the kitchen floor tiles in place. Than asbestos ceiling tiles and insulation too!

Don't worry, the tar from cigarette chain smoking will fix the asbestos fibers in place after about 6 months.
