If that was coming from any other source that would be a good bit of antihumor, the kind of thing you get up on stage and say with a shiteating grin that says "go on, laugh at me, I dare you" in a way that almost makes it performance art. Like cutting out the laugh track from the Big Bang Theory and getting something so horribly stilted and poorly paced that its sheer cringe starts making it actually funny for a brief moment.

But knowing they think they're actually making a joke that has a discernible and terrible meaning ruins it.
