Work Reform

A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

MODERATORS
Your rhetoric elects republicans. You know this right? You're either a republican or an accelerationist because these are the only results of your position. And you don't get to wash your hands, you know full well how the system works. You're effectively a Trump voter.
And your rhetoric ensures nothing ever changes. You're worse than a Trump voter.
My rhetoric is primary incumbent Dems with progressives and drag the party left. It works. It in fact is the only actual way to reverse a fall into fascism without violence, and it's even the only realistic way without violence to transition into a more socialist or communist form of government. But you people don't vote, which makes you the same as a trump voter.
The fact you think people aren't voting in the primaries right now is actually hilarious. Progressives are doing it, and you're still butthurt about people criticizing corporate dems. And that's not even getting into the fact that the Dems will genuinely try to rig primaries to prevent ANY progressive from getting elected in the first place, so morons like you can run defense for them when they put forth shitty, weak candidates with no message that lost to the most unelectable person in the planet twice.
If progressives voted we'd have a progressive dem party. Pretty simple.
The reason it hasn't happened is because the corporate dems have sabotaged every progressive candidate that has ever shown their face. The only reason they're winning now is because of the corporate wing being so absurdly ineffective that people are voting for ANYONE that shows a spine, and it's DESPITE the fact the corporate dems are ratfucking them at every turn.
Oh yeah that's why mamdani lost oh wait you're full of shit.
Mamdani won despite TWO DEMOCRATS RUNNING FOR THE OFFICE TRYING TO PREVENT HIM FROM WINNING. Democrat higher-ups REFUSED to endorse him. It's always "vote blue no matter who" until it's someone that can actually make change who wins the primary, then it's "fuck party loyalty".
We're tired.
Well get with the program or get ready for a lot more fuckin cuz what you're doing is gonna get it.
So mamdani won the democratic primary because democrats voted for him is what you're saying. The fact he won disproves all your shit. Fuck off tankie, you're not even American so you don't have jack shit for understanding of our political process in the first place.
Well, I called that one.
Essplain to me again how Democrats just let the primaries play out naturally. Like they didn't torpedo Mamdani. Or change the rules and have "superdelegates" overrule the primary that would have elected Bernie over Hilary.
Essplain to me how Democrats are the party of the working people when Clinton signed NAFTA. And welfare reform. And Biden wrote his crime bill. And Obama's signature act was ~~Heritagecare~~ ~~Romneycare~~ Obamacare. He sat on his hands for two years until the Democratic supermajority disappeared so Republicans could be the bad guys and say no to single-payer in favor of a health care plan literally written by insurance industry lobbyist and fellow Chicagoan Penny Pritzker. And threw regular people under the bus while bailing out banks.
Wake up.
Progressives don't vote. Next question?
I have a sticker that says otherwise.
But you’re right, I don’t vote. Not for dipshit DINOs.
But, you know, don’t hurt your arm patting yourself on the back for voting for the “lesser” of two evils and verbally abusing anyone who wants progress.
And this is why Americans deserve what we're getting.
