not even pretending empire collapse happens overnight, but like, i remember the onion article that ran after trump won: "After 300 Years The Democratic Experiment is Over" (which isn't really applicable, the usa has not been a democracy). and yeah, like, what are their elections except for shitty theater cope? even the policy doesn't change which is the one thing you're supposed to vote in different people on, so it's really just an elaborate sports thing. if they stop their elections at the least we'd stop getting evil dems castigating random people for actually caring about palestine
