Given his reputation for being out of touch, I don't think so.

Bad leaders in charge of countries is one thing, but stupid leaders, I really can't abide. I'd say "that's why I hate monarchies", but right now, there's enough dumb elected leaders getting into international news to diminish the impact of that statement...
