Yeah the gulf coast would be great for land reclamation if it weren't for all the megahurricanes we're gonna get lol
Counterpoint...if we fill the whole ocean with land, there won't be any hurricanes.
We'd need to literally move mountains...and definitely couldn't get the whole ocean...but just getting the Atlantic tropics would probably be enough.
As an added bonus, it'll stop raining in England.
