They're calling it Daguerreotypemaxxing, young people are sitting for portraits in mock victorian parlors for up to 10 minutes depending on the amount of available light.

It is even effecting our language. Perhaps you've heard the phrase "type shit" recently and wondered what it referred to. Well look no further.
