They obviously need more money for more training
It’s crazy how often the discussions around all kinds of police brutality go to “training,” as if incidents like this are accidents that could be prevented with knowledge of some kind.
I guess he didn't know he shouldn't do that.
By "more training" they mean more training their sights on kids to protect pedophiles
