Just because her husband's Visa had expired , doesn't justify locking them both up for 6 weeks. She was locked up with a valid Visa. Also the story about the Koreans that were arrested, when they were there preparing workers to work on a factory Hyundai was making, creating thousands of jobs, show that you are in no way safe as a foreigner coming to work in USA.
