When your hurricane disaster response is so blatantly racist that Kanye West has to point it out.
He was just a puppet for that part. If 9/11 never happened he would have been a mediocre 1 term president.
It's pretty wild that he was actually pushing for a fast track to citizenship before that.
Puppet or not, he went along with it and he was president.
