Don't call it pet photography unless the photographer is the pet. You own a human photography business specializing in taking photos of pets.

Thinking about this more. the phrase digital photography doesn't describe the subject of the photography, it describes the type of camera used.

Just as digital photography means the camera is digital, pet photography could mean that the camera is your pet.
