An ad (in German) apparently for training in physiotherapy. Most of it is an Al-generated pseudo photograph of a smiling physiotherapist helping a client, lying down, raise their left leg vertically...
It's pretty nice to see the physio offering a little clit rub as compensation though.
That explains the nip poking out a bit.
