Honestly, Obama would be a lot more subtle. He wouldn't mention the orange at all, probably say something more like "what a great day to not be in the Epstein files" or something better fitting to his sense of humour.
It's still obvious who you're referring to, but also, if Trump reacts it's kind of a confession
