some people have the ability to wake up specifically when they want to with no alarm. they're rare and i fear them but they exist

Really all it takes is going to sleep at a certain time consistently and your biological clock will do the rest
Or have a dog that knows when it is time for a walk.
Or get a cat. A cat will tell you when it's time to get up.
