some people have the ability to wake up specifically when they want to with no alarm. they're rare and i fear them but they exist

Really all it takes is going to sleep at a certain time consistently and your biological clock will do the rest

Yeah, I have a circadian rhythm disorder and my first thought was "oh, somrthing I might actually be able to do!". But then again I also have ADHD and no internal sense of time so it'd be hard to show up at the right time ๐Ÿ˜…
