No, needing relationships is a fundamental part of being human, and if someone feels they specifically need a romantic relationship then you have no right to tell them they're wrong.
You are free to seek relationships of course.
Once you learn to live without them. The key thing is to have no desires. Why? Because everything can, and will let you down.

If someone senses that you are needy and desperate, they will dump you anyway.
