Trump keeps half agreeing to the Israeli position and then getting boxed in to an attack. He did it last time with nuclear refinement and he kinda did it again just now with missile production. But he was taken aback when Iran said they would respond with full scale war to any token attack this time.

Right now he and witkoff are on their way to a pan-middle East summit but they are stopping in israel first which is not great.
